Yoga studios offer a diverse range of events and workshops, catering to both beginners and seasoned practitioners. These experiences extend beyond physical practice, delving into mindfulness, spirituality, and holistic well-being. Here’s a comprehensive overview:

Yoga classes are the cornerstone of any yoga studio. They offer a variety of styles to suit different needs and preferences:

✔ Hatha Yoga:

This gentle, foundational practice emphasizes basic postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama). It’s ideal for beginners and those seeking a slower-paced, mindful approach.

✔ Vinyasa Yoga:

This dynamic style links breath to movement, creating a flowing sequence of postures. It builds strength, flexibility, and balance while promoting cardiovascular health.

✔ Ashtanga Yoga:

A physically demanding practice with a set sequence of postures. It requires discipline and dedication, but offers significant physical and mental benefits.

✔ Yin Yoga:

A passive, meditative style that targets deep connective tissues. It involves holding postures for longer periods, promoting relaxation and stress relief.

✔ Restorative Yoga:

A gentle practice that uses props to support the body in deep relaxation. It’s perfect for unwinding and rejuvenating.

✔ Prenatal Yoga:

Tailored for expectant mothers, this practice helps prepare the body for childbirth, alleviate common discomforts, and foster a connection with the baby.

✔ Power Yoga:

A vigorous, physically demanding practice that combines elements of Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga. It’s ideal for those seeking a challenging workout.

Yoga workshops offer the opportunity to delve deeper into specific aspects of yoga practice:

✔ Yoga Teacher Training:

These intensive programs prepare aspiring yoga teachers to lead classes and share their knowledge with others. They cover anatomy, physiology, yoga philosophy, and teaching methodology.

✔ Meditation Workshops:

Learn various meditation techniques, such as mindfulness meditation, mantra meditation, and transcendental meditation. These workshops provide tools for reducing stress, improving focus, and cultivating inner peace.

✔ Yoga Nidra Workshops:

Experience the profound relaxation of yogic sleep, a state of conscious relaxation that can alleviate stress, fatigue, and insomnia.

✔ Sound Healing Workshops:

Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound instruments like gongs, singing bowls, and chimes. These workshops can promote relaxation, stress relief, and emotional balance.

✔ Ayurvedic Workshops:

Learn about the ancient Indian system of medicine and how to apply Ayurvedic principles to your daily life. These workshops cover topics such as diet, lifestyle, and herbal remedies.

✔ Yoga Retreats:

Escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself in a week-long retreat focused on yoga, meditation, and healthy living. These retreats offer a unique opportunity to disconnect, recharge, and connect with your inner self.

If you are in holidays and maybe with your friend or partner , it could be a great idea to do a fun group activity. I would advise that you try either Acro Yoga or either fly high / Aerial Yoga. In the first one ( Acro Yoga ) you will be doing postures with a partner. Some acrobatics postures together. It can be challenging and fun at the same time. For Aerial Yoga, you will use a hammock ( handing from the roof ) and do some postures with that material. It can be challenging, creative and interesting if you want to have fun and try something different.

In Canggu : for Acro Yoga you can try ADDA YOGA and for aerial UDARA YOGA

WHO AM I ?

Hello !

I am Eric, a French Australian citizen based between Australia, Asia and Bali and I love to travel and experience the world. I generally like outdoor activities, wellness, great food and venues, party and real local adventures! I am a Yoga practitioner and fitness lover.

I created this blog because I love to travel and I want to share my experiences with others. I’ve been traveling since I was a child, and I’ve been to over 50 countries. I’ve seen some amazing things and met some amazing people, and I want to help others experience the same things.

Picture1 14

I believe that travel is one of the best ways to learn about the world and about yourself. When you travel, you’re forced to step outside of your comfort zone and experience new things. You learn about different cultures, different religions, and different ways of life. You also learn about yourself, your strengths, and your weaknesses.

Travel can also be a great way to make new friends. When you’re traveling, you’re surrounded by people from all over the world, and you’re all in the same boat. You’re all there to explore and experience new things, and that can create a bond between people.

Let’s connect together!

I hope that my travel blog will inspire others to travel and to see the world. I also hope that it will help people to learn about different cultures and to become more open-minded.
